Athletics stadium with a range of facilities including an eight-lane, 400m synthetic track, long jump pits and hurdles.

Bowling green and pavilion. All ages welcome to join Wimbledon Park Bowls Club.


Family friendly café offering ice creams and a range of light meals and snacks.


Two children’s playgrounds with equipment for all ages, a sandpit and a paddling pool / water play area that opens during summer months.

Since 2021, tennis courts 16-20 are now available as netball courts.

A weekly free 2K timed event for juniors


Friends of Wimbledon Park helped install an outdoor table tennis table. Currently situated next to the Beach Volleyball Courts, this is free to use – bring your own bats and balls.

A second table is planned and at this point both tables will be located on the hard standing near to the tennis courts.

10 astro-turf courts (floodlit at dusk) and up to 10 tarmac courts (some are closed in need of refurbishment).



The main publicly accessible toilet block is next to the cafe, tennis court #1 and the children’s playground. It contains a DC radar accessible disabled toilet.

This toilet block is was refurbished in the autumn of 2021, reopening in December 2021:

Wimbledon Park is a pleasant place to walk around, including the ancient Horse Close Wood.

A private members club with with separate sections for cricket, hockey, squash, tennis and fitness suite.


A private golf club, formerly with 18 holes. The land has now been acquired by AELTC and the course has been reduced to 9 holes as of January 2022 and is planned to close altogether in 2023.
